Assisted Living Center
Every resident at all of our assisted living centers will
receive case management services, assuring medical follow up and appointments are kept with transportation available
There are medical professionals in the facility 24/7
which include HHA’s; Resident care aides, personal care aides and medication techs, who will assist and administer medications, and aides can and will assist with activities of daily living such as giving reminders for all meals and activities daily, they can assist with grooming, dressing, and showering, if a toileting schedule is needed, they can put that into place also.
Seeing as assisted living facilities are based off of a social model
that is a big part of living here, each resident has the option to take advantage of as many activities as you would like daily. They offer a wide range of activities daily, from big group activities to small group activities depending on your likes. They range from program outings, exercise programs, and educational programs, such as word games / puzzles, bingo, trivia, music and more.
Laundry services Maintenance
and Housekeeping services CHHA services available (wound care, PT/OT/Speech) can be arranged to come into facility. Most importantly, in NY state some programs accept Medicaid.
